Fyron is "the House of Fire," a fast-growing and international organization taking outdoor cooking to a new level. Fyron has grown to become the outdoor cooking specialist in the Netherlands with more than 100 outlets with European coverage. We offer almost all supplies and accessories for outdoor cooking through our own brands. With over 120 colleagues in the Netherlands and abroad, we work daily with passion and enthusiasm on our successes.

From our 2 offices in Halfweg and Roosendaal we are building further growth together with our international sales teams.

With these aesthetic and high-quality products, we create new concepts around outdoor cooking and a range of cooking techniques. The stoves of our brands The Bastard, Grill Guru, Grizzly Grills and OFYR bring people together in the outdoors.

Your challenge
For our fantastic BBQ store in Haarlem we would like to expand the team. We are looking for someone who welcomes our customers with enthusiasm in our BBQ store.

Someone who can advise our clients like no other.

What you will do
Together with your colleagues you roll up your sleeves for all common store work. You know how to put a smile on the face of every customer with your customer-friendly and also commercial character. You listen carefully to the needs of customers and advise them about our products. You operate the cash register, order items and replenish products in the store from stock.

As a true BBQ lover, you also jump at the chance to assist in various workshops and make sure everything looks spick and span afterwards. You don't mind doing the cleaning up afterwards.

If you have the ambition, you can eventually grow into giving workshops yourself.

Finally, if necessary, you will also deliver barbecues with our bus, for events, for example.

What do you bring
Of course you are our new colleague who is enthusiastic, shows initiative, has a healthy dose of humor and describes himself as a hard worker. But you also recognize yourself in the following qualities and requirements:

  • You preferably have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
  • You have excellent commercial and communication skills;
  • You have a command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
  • You have a proactive attitude, are stress resistant, assertive and last but not least are very customer oriented;
  • You are service-oriented;
  • You are known as someone who rolls up his/her sleeves for the various tasks in this role;
  • You have a sense of humor and know how to put a smile on everyone's face;
  • You are willing to work on Saturdays and possess a driver's license.
